This camp will stretch Thursday 5th Nov 2026 to Monday 9th Nov, 2026

Located at Gordon Country and is 2WD Accessible.

As part of the Camping Experiance, you are expected to assist with Set up & Pack up of communal space, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning. You will rotate meal tasks to gain experience in camp operations. Many hands make light work.

Inclusive Ticket includes:

• Camp fees.
• All food (if inclusive tickets purchased).
• A contribution to the firewood fund.
• A great time in a fantastic location.
• A great learning experience in cooking and group work.
• And for those buying a ticket before end of Feb a free ticket to Qpah Mosh on April 27th, 2025.

Arriving at the meet up point  at the bottom of the range at BP Aratula around 8:15am, its on the Left hand side while driving just after the township.
If your apart of the facebook group you will be addded into a camp chat to keep up todate easier.

 

If you need a tent or other equipment, please speak up as we have a couple that we lend out. first in first served
We also have room in cars as well for carpooling as it's the best way to travel. also speak up.

(if you can only do Thursday night to Sunday to Friday to Sunday let us know we could have a carpool for that day as well)

Gear can be worn after dark or in closed off areas.
Noise is to be kept to a low level after noise curfew.

Activities Galore!!!

• Bring your swimmers!!! there is place to swim (in the creek).
• Hike to a lookout and the waterfalls.
• Check out the creek and surrounding areas.
• Head into town for a look around the local merchants.
• Stay at camp and enjoy doing sweet FA.
• 4WD Tracks - pay your own way at the front gate for permit and at your own risk!
• Movies on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights depending on power usage.

Tickets

The tickets are only food, as the site were going to now requires everyone to put their own booking in.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT 'PAWS UP CAMPIUNG' in the Group 

All - Covers all the paid meals.
Friday - Sunday - Covers, Lunch, Breakfast, Lunch.
Monday - If your coming for the weekend plus monday then please add this one on as well to the weekend pass.

Tickets also include money to go towards firewood and gas.

BYO Snacks & Drinks, and a share nibble for the table on Saturday Lunch for those who would like to partake.
Community Night this time is the Saturday late lunch / Early dinner - bring something to share and show off your skills, or to show us how you burn it and sacrafice it to the fire.

• B - Bacon and Eggs (Scrambled or Sunnyside or poached), cereal, coffee tea, milo and Juice.

• D - Chicken Stirfry (vegan option is stirfy Veg)

Saturday (we will head to Warwick this day for any supplies)

• B - Pancakes with variety of toppings, cereal, coffee tea, milo and Juice.
• Late Lunch / Early Dinner (dusk/5 pm ish)- Community NIght - Show us what you can make
• Cake & Outdoor Cinema

Sunday

• B - Bacon and Eggs (Scrambled or Sunnyside or poached), cereal, coffee tea, milo and Juice.
• L - Salad Wraps - choice of a variety of meats and salads. or what is left over from previous days
• D - Butter Chicken and Rice - Mild temp mostly flavour.

Monday

• B - Pancakes with variety of toppings, cereal, coffee tea, milo and Juice.
