For our 1st camp of the year we will be heading north near Widgee once again to the wonderful private property with the waterfall. Meeting 9am North bound BP Caboolture in the carpark. If you need a carpool please ask around sooner than later as car spaces fil up quickly. Please be aware this is a THURSDAY to SUNDAY camp, if you want to stay longer please message us so we can arrange with the property. We also have a weekend pass available for a Saturday to Sunday stay (1 night) for those who can only do the weekend and want a shorter getaway. Bio dogs are welcome must be on leash When driving in the last 12km is through other people's property with roaming cattle, horses, kangaroos and goannas DO NOT SPEED, DO NOT FEED, DO NOT VERE OFF ROAD. there will be 1 way bridges as well so be mindful and respective. leaving by 11am on the Sunday BYO Snacks, and Drinks Community shared table spread is Friday Dinner at 5pm ish. Please bring something to share for all, all cooking facilities will be available for use. If you need a tent or other equipment please speak up as we have a couple that we lend out. Gear can be worn after dark or in closed off areas when the OK is given. Noise is to be kept to a low level. We are joining up with the Bears Camping Group for our winter camp this year.. A: Reception is open until 6pm Friday nights, all other days is 4pm excluding Sunday – if coming later please contact office and make arrangements for admittance to property. A great time in a fantastic location. and no need to worry about booking yourself, we will book and send you a confirmation booking. A great learning experience in cooking and group work.   BYO FOOD TICKETS INFO: this covers some $ towards the firewood, Booking fee and camping fee.   Firewood donations via these tickets are as follows: 4 nights = $40, 3 nights = $30 and 2 nights is $20 donations that are bundled up in the tickets. Ever wanted to see glow worms? Wanna go walking with Pups and maybe a few bears at night? And then come back to Zekes for a Feed? Well now you can do all 3 in one evening! Meet at Zeks at 2pm where we will carpool down at 2:30pm, or just meet us down there at 4:30pm we'll meet up in the carpark and walk 20 mins into Natural Bridge and enjoy the scenery and then after we will drive back to Zekes for Fire and Food. $5 to partake with food (Burgers and Sausages) If you just want to join us for dinner that's all good, we should be there from 7:30 / 8 pm onwards and it will be a great opportunity if you've never been to an event or if you're coming to your first camp in mid July as a way to meet some of us. Its a relativly easy walk with a few ups and downs, with stairs and is aproximatly 1km round trip and will take about 1.5 hrs to complete with the glow worm stop.
