We are joining up with the Bears Camping Group for our winter camp this year.. Located at Cobb & Co, near Gympie and is 2WD Accessible. Q: What is the latest I can check in? A: Reception is open until 6pm Friday nights, all other days is 4pm excluding Sunday – if coming later please contact office and make arrangements for admittance to property. For other days please phone the office to arrange an arrival time. Bio dogs are welcome! -  contact Zeke or Todd for a contact number to call to make sure the breed is ok to bring as some are not allowed. DONT ROCK UP WITH OUT REGISTERING FIRST WITH THE CAMPGROUND!  $5/dog per night you must have spoken to the campsite first. Inclusive Tickets: As part of the inclusive tickets, you are expected to assist with Set up & Pack up of communal space, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning. You will rotate meal tasks to gain experience in camp operations. Many hands make light work. Camp fees. All food (if inclusive tickets purchased). A contribution to the firewood fund. A great time in a fantastic location. and no need to worry about booking yourself, we will book and send you a confirmation booking. A great learning experience in cooking and group work.   BYO FOOD TICKETS INFO: this covers some $ towards the firewood, Booking fee and camping fee.   Firewood donations via these tickets are as follows: 4 nights = $40, 3 nights = $30 and 2 nights is $20 donations that are bundled up in the tickets. If you would like to donate more feel free to add more on if you would like, any left over $ not spent on wood will be split between the 2 groups for future camp events.   Doing my own booking but want to partake in food per night - (1x Breakfast, 1x lunch, 1x dinner) tickets: This is for those who want to book their own site but would like to partake in the food menu, each ticket will give 1x Breakfast, 1x Lunch 1x Dinner, if doing 4 nights then order 4 tickets, 2 nights order 2 tickets etc., If a dinner falls on the Saturday i will transfer you back $15 just let Zeke know online or at camp.   Saturday night Stew and Soups night This is open to everyone regardless of ticket purchased. we encourage everyone to either make a stew, soup or something to add to the table to share so we all can enjoy everyone's cooking, please be mindful not to take all the meat or all the sauces so it can be shared around and enjoyed by all.   Don't have a car or a way to get up? contact zeke and we can arrange carpooling. - DONT LEAVE TO LAST MINUTE!! Ever wanted to see glow worms? Wanna go walking with Pups and maybe a few bears at night? And then come back to Zekes for a Feed? Well now you can do all 3 in one evening! Meet at Zeks at 2pm where we will carpool down at 2:30pm, or just meet us down there at 4:30pm we'll meet up in the carpark and walk 20 mins into Natural Bridge and enjoy the scenery and then after we will drive back to Zekes for Fire and Food. $5 to partake with food (Burgers and Sausages) If you just want to join us for dinner that's all good, we should be there from 7:30 / 8 pm onwards and it will be a great opportunity if you've never been to an event or if you're coming to your first camp in mid July as a way to meet some of us. Its a relativly easy walk with a few ups and downs, with stairs and is aproximatly 1km round trip and will take about 1.5 hrs to complete with the glow worm stop.
